Deliver a short guided commentary (6–8 minutes) based on a real destination, route, or attraction. Your delivery should show clear structure, confident pacing, and engaging, guest-focused communication. Use one simple prop or visual aid (for example, a photo laminate, printed image, or small destination-related object). Briefly explain why you chose it and how it helps guests understand, visualise, or connect with the place.
Conclusion and Farewell
Finish with a professional tour-style closing, typically approximately 3 minutes in duration. Thank your guests for their company, reinforce key tour highlights, offer final guidance or well-wishes, and thank the driver by name for their professionalism and safe driving, reflecting the courtesy and teamwork expected of a professional guide. As part of this departure, deliver a warm, friendly, and professional reminder to guests to double-check their seating area and ensure they have all their belongings before exiting the coach—specifically mentioning wallets, mobile phones, coats, bags, and any other personal items.
